Black Country Healthcare NHS FT

SCL supported BCHFT to deliver the Mental Health Lead Provider Programme. The purpose of the programme is to establish BCHFT as the Lead Provider for Mental Health Services for the majority of the Black Country footprint. This will be achieved through the CCG awarding a single Lead Provider contract to BCH which will include the delegation of the transactional activities currently undertaken by the CCG with NHS and non-NHS providers (excluding CHC), thereby allowing the CCG to focus further on strategic commissioning.

SCL have supported the design, scoping and mobilisation of the programme, and are developing the Business Case and related documentation, including the financial model, as well as undertaking appropriate due dilligence activities.
