Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS FT

SCL supported the development of the Strategic Case and the Business Case for the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS FT’s merger with Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS FT, which successfully took place on 1 February 2021.

We supported the mobilisation of the programme,  including designing the PMO and the scope of workstreams, and subsequently supported the drafting of the Strategic Case, the Business Case and the Post Transaction Integration Plan. In addition, we supported the Trusts’ teams to develop integration plans designed to ensure a safe transfer on Day 1, and the rapid delivery of benefits thereafter.
