The TEC Services Association is the industry advisory body for Technology Enabled Care in the UK. Seagry is supporting the TSA to develop and implement a strategy for a digital infrastructure which meets the organisation’s current and future operational requirements.
The TSA originally asked Seagry to help to identify a solution for meeting the TSA’s Customer Relationship Management requirements. That brief was then expanded to address the TSA’s entire digital ecosystem, taking account of workflow management systems, customer/member/public facing applications, the Quality Audit System and Knowledge Hub, and document management systems, as well as the CRM.
To date Seagry have designed a proposed digital architecture, identified options for the key components of that architecture, and are continuing to support the implementation of those options.
